Friends of Penang Hill not against upgrading of hill railway

The Friends of Penang Hill (FOPH) coalition has reiterated that it is not against the upgrading of the Penang Hill Railway but only wants a cheaper, faster and less disruptive project while retaining the heritage value of the current funicular system.
