Number of new infections are still on the high with 47 new influenza A(H1N1) cases recorded yesterday, including six local transmissions.
This brings the total number of cases to 291 with 247 imported infections and 44 local transmissions.
Five out of the six local transmission involved schoolchildren, including three students from SM Tsun Jin, Kuala Lumpur which had been closed until today.
