IT was a sea of pink as 1,000 line dancers in striking pink T-shirts danced to lively tunes during the National Senior Line Dance Carnival 2009.
The event, held at the Lim Lean Teng Hall at Han Chiang High School, was organised by Penang Senior Citizens Association and endorsed by the state government and Penang State Sports Council.
Many participants came from Perlis, Perak and Kedah to join the Penangites at the event.
