A(H1N1): No new deaths, 70 new patients

There were no new deaths related to Influenza A(H1N1) reported over the past 24 hours, keeping the death toll in the country since Sept 19 at 77.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Ismail Merican said that 110 new patients with influenza-like illness (ILI) symptoms were warded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of those being treated in hospitals nationwide to 843.
